Officially you can not appear. Unofficially You can appear without taking load to complete CC

This is Vani here .... i am new to this course and going to give my exams this June..... I had registered thru postal n due my onsite training i was not able to sent the response sheet ... Hey Deepshikha How U doing......there is a problem....remember u mailed me the slution for the test papers of CS...i had deleted ur mail but only after saving the attachments in my pen drive...but my pen drive is lost and now i dont have the solutions u had sent me...can u plase do me a favour by resending that mail for the solutions....plz..plz...plz help me out......
