I haven't filed mandatory filing for Pvt Ltd this year

I read the news about agm extension and didn't realize that we were supposed to ask for extension.

My company has been active compliance for 4 years. Has not conducted any business and we don't have any funds anymore.

How much of a penalty am I looking at, is there any way to avoid paying the penalty?

Thank you.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a missed mandatory filing deadline for a Private Limited company. The user, whose company has been compliant for four years but inactive with no funds, is seeking information on penalties and ways to avoid them after missing the AGM extension deadline. Advice suggests that filing for FY 19-20 is still possible without late fees if financials are ready, and professional help is available.

Last date to hold atm for fy 19-20 is 31st Dec 2020 without any extension, so u can do annual filing without any late fees or penalty.

financials are ready?. still you have time to file AOC 4 and MGT 7, if any professional help required kindly contact us.
