I haven't filed mandatory filing for Pvt Ltd this year

I read the news about agm extension and didn't realize that we were supposed to ask for extension.

My company has been active compliance for 4 years. Has not conducted any business and we don't have any funds anymore.

How much of a penalty am I looking at, is there any way to avoid paying the penalty?

Thank you.
