I have written on wrong side of booklet in it and sm

i wrote my it and sm exam
when i wrote it i have to wite IT in section A 
and SM in section B 
but i wrote in reverse manner
regarding this issue i have informed the college, and they gave me persmission for writing my exam
they have given their college principal/director sign,they have put their common seal and invigilator has also given their signature regarding this issue
will my paper be examined sir?
