I have not received my return amount

Hai Mr. Venu,

First, Make sure whe'thr your Accountant filed your IT Return or not, if yes, if he filed your Return as E-Filing, get the Password of incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in  then go to the webiste Login with your ID (PAN) and Password then go to View Tax Credit Form 26AS select the Asst Year e.g. 2012-13 and check out your TDS/Refund Details. (Or)

Go to the nearest Incometax Office to your Jurisdiction, to Know your Jurisdiction Use this link https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/Services/KnowYourJurisdictionLink.html.

Dear Venu,

first of all you need to take ITR acknowledgement of Return filed from your Accountant. After that you will find that your return is filed manually or through e-Filing, if it is filed manually than write an application to "commissioner of income tax " of your juricidiction stating all the matter and request him to issue your refund and enclosed copy of acknowledgement there with.

If you are staying in a big city like Jaipur then there is "ASK" centre (Ayakar Sampakk kendra). it is a centralised office of all juricidiction, fom there you can esaily get all required information.
