sir please suggest me what would be do, i got an email from income tax dept., they give reason "As the return has been filled u/s 148, in response to the notice issued by jurisdictional Assessing Officer". so please tell me what is the meaning of this notice and how could be i do for this notice

In the notice officer must have given a date and time to meet him in his office or must have asked for further details.
If asked for details then provide the same or if asked to meet then you will have to visit and meet the concerned officer

date of communication 07-02-2019 but i see this mail very late so please tell me the procedure, what will ask to me Income tax officer or should he fined me for late filled return,
