What is the procedure of transfer of articleship. I am very depresed for my my trainigs and mu crucial sir.

neither i will leave the CA course.......

Sometimes it so happens if u want to go for transfer of articles go for it but i rather not advise you to leave CA Course

Hey....if that is the case...and if you are in final year of articels, you can opt for industrial training so that atleast for an year you can escape from him........or you can go for transfer...jus by claiming ill health.submit a certificate..................

I think the form is 112 just get it from institute

Have you completed PCC? if completed in 2 attempts I think you can go for industrial training for the balance period of articles

dnt worry at all.,, go for INDUSTRIAL TRAINING,,, not at all to panic for same... U can ask ur present boss to sign d transfer form for u., no problem in that.... ICAI itself allows u for the same...

And transfer form is "FORM 109"

see to it that your sir does not come to know of this post in the site.

and he does not join...

Secondly, dont be tensed everyone has to go through this phase earlier or later dont curse anyone or blame anyone just complete two and half years and go for industrial training...

i think you cant take tranfer except under certain circumstances. i think if u completed 2 yrs of artcleship then industrial training and secondment would be better option. Rtg

better give out your reasons and take transfer immediately.

Better to take where your family lives.

You are too stressed out I belive.

Quitting articleship on grounds of abusal is acceptable. But if u quit becuz of fact that you are stressed out, then it is not good for yourself. If your boss is illtreating or abusing u, then file complain or work out with him by talking. But if u quit becuz of stress, then u will have same attitude when u r in employment and u will lose ur career. Plz take my suggestion in right spirit

I think u should go for secondment. You can go for it for 12 months( 6 months 2 time)

here the rule of transfer..........read it and think what u have to do..............

Transfer/Termination of Articleship
[Regulation 56(1)]

In accordance with the decision of the Council, the transfer/termination of articleship in terms of Regulation 56(1) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 shall be permissible to an articled assistant on satisfying any one or more of the conditions as stated below: -

Medical grounds requiring discontinuance of articles for a minimum period of three months (on production of a Medical Certificate issued by a Government Hospital).
Transfer of a working parent to another city involving a distance of minimum 50 kms (on production of a certified copy of the transfer order and the proof of relocation to another City).
Misconduct involving moral turpitude.
Other justifiable circumstances / reasons: -
- Grounds already permissible in the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 (on submission of requisite proof of the act warranting transfer/termination of articleship): -
  - Industrial Training (Regulation 51)
  - Secondment of articles (Regulation 54)
  - Conversion from PCC to IPCC (for termination of articles only. Re-registration of articles to be allowed only after passing Group-I of IPCC)
  - Death of Principal [Regulation 57(1)(c)]
  - Ceasing of practice by the Principal [Regulation 57(1)(a)]
  - Removal of name of the Principal from the Register of Member due to any reason [Regulation 57(1)(b)]
- Marriage basis (only if there is relocation to another city involving distance of 50 kms).
- Irregular payment or non payment of stipend with reference to Regulation 67.
- Articled assistant desires to serve balance period of training outside India.
- Shifting by the Principal to another city involving distance more than 50 kms.

The articled assistants are required, in the first instance, to get the consent of the Institute before getting Form 109 signed by the Principal, in their own interest.

The request, on any one or more of the aforesaid grounds, of an articled assistant on a plain paper with recommendations of the Principal for transfer / termination of articleship accompanied by evidence/proof (self-attested by the articled assistant) to the satisfaction of the Institute be made.
