But i am asking for cs final not ca final..... And I had downloaded supplementary papers ... But International taxation part is not there.
I tried to such Inbound transactions / outbound transactions ( By pressing ctrl F) .... But couldn't find it.

Those amendemnets covers all the updated made by finance Act 2012, including notifications & Circulars.
Search for more detailed topics instead of predefined terms.

Harish, she is talking about specific topic from the COMPANY SECRETARY Final syllabus, found mainly in ICSI’s study module.
Renu, I feel once the latest study material is (June 2013 attempt) made available, you can buy the book from Institute or just take a photocopy of it, from any of your friends as it carries 20 marks in the examination. Your CA DT & IDT books should enable you to cover rest of the other topics.
Just relax! Why are you so upset about this? However, the question on Inbound and outbound transactions was asked for 4 marks in December 2012 examination.
Focus on other papers for the time being.
