There are lot of formalities and documentation required for exporting.

Like you have to get a registered firm,company, llp .

You would need a current account with the permission of dealing in foreign exchange bcoz u will be receiving payment in foreign currency

Import Export certificate is mandatory.

Plus there are lot of permission and clearance required from the department

I will advice you to consult an export consultant like Impex Consultancy Service, Rhine Exports private limited etc.

They are pretty expert in this area and well versed with the procedures .They will quide & get you through the complete process.
