I am not sure about this, please suggest

Dear All

I have applied for my IPCC verification exam online and sent the documents through registered post on dated 27.08.2012 as per guidelines of ICAI.

But registered post was delayed by 3 days and it reached in the ICAI office only on 03.09.2012.

My verification results is not showing and appears like "Records not found" so please let me know whether ICAI 'ill considered my verification or not?

Or what steps should i take?
