friend MBA retail with ca is not a good combination if you should go MBA finance with ca 

it would be good combination and bright career for u.

But i want to ask one thing that will it prove good option in any way for my career?

as i thik that in upcoming days if GOVT introduce FDI BILL, this option will give me more opportunities than  CA & MBA (Finance).

FDI Bill will Come in market surely whether brought by NDA or UPA in upcomming days.

Now what has that got to do specifically with the footwear design?

There are a lot of other fields too. Why don't you target the top B-Schools or do some certification programmes like CFA.

The point you have raised about FDI is interesting but I don't really think it benefits CA+Foot wear Design Experts. And it really sounds odd. Choose something which is more relevant to what you've done in the CA and articleship.
