iam giving cpt nov exam.iam really worried about it.will it b very difficult or a average exam.can any one give me some tips related to it.

Do not worry. Read question paper well. In Session I attempt Law first and then Ac. In Session II first attempt Economics and then QA. Revise Mock Test papers and Formulas. Good Luck.
Secondly, revise theory in accounts of first two chapters very well. Leave dots. This is because where you are not sure dots will help. Negative marking of 0.25 for each answer.
