Hey friends we have tried to remove the restiction on transfer of articleship. We have gone to ministry of corporate affairs , Human resource department. We have emailed to president, vice president and other council member to remove the restiction on transfer of articleship. We have also sent the letters with the sign of some students who are against the ban of articleship transfer. But there is no action for removing the restiction on transfer of articleship. Just call them and request thm to remove the restiction on transfer of articleship and also describe them the hardships which we face due to restiction on transfer.

2-3 Rs. is nothing against our liberty and the hardships which we face due to such restiction . Just call them. Thanx

i think instead of calling them we should start msging .......

Hey,

I also feel that transfers should be allowed, but calling these mobile numbers and sending SMS... its inappopriate, because then you will be speaking to Uttam Prakash Agarwal, not the president of ICAI.

Though it looks possible, Gandhigiri of sending roses or SMS does not work outside munnabhai's movie in situations like this.

Meanwhile, utilise the opportunities u have now instead of worrying about your problems. The solution to every problem lies in its perception - MY Personal experience.

hey silent monk mthis is the last attempt . If u have any idea then jast inform

Hi, Poonam

We should write about this in leading newspapers under reader's grievance column. So that other Students/people as well as the concerned ministery  take note of it.

Thank

Abhinav
