Okay, now calm down and contact them, If you have completed the 2 CC papers and din't send them, send them now dear, ther's nothing such a deadline here, because in february many students send these CC papers on time and late too ! 
So it's a normal situation. 

And if you have not completed them(2 CC of DT paper), not a problem hari om brother, trust me. 
sending 22 CC papers, they will actually not count it too. 
So chill for sometime, and start focussing on your studies. 

I don't know about EIRC, but in WIRC i did NOT submitted any CC papers as they were not mandatory also and i confirmed with them too, and proof will be the examination form wherein, no particular regarding the CC certificate is asked in december 2012 form of application. 
So i got the Admit Card without writing CC papers(i completed all the form of required trainings on time) and wrote the december 2012 exam both the grups !

Agree with Ankit. Just calm down. I know many of friends from EIRC, who did not submit any CC papers at all yet they got their admit cards, they appeared for exams and now they are even qualified Company Secretary. It is just a unnecessary formality to submit the CC papers. Still if you have submitted all the CC papers except just two, i suggest you to submit them now by enclosing an application stating that you missed out submitting two papers due to some inadvertant mistake. I am cent percent sure that you will not be stopped from exam. Atleast, you have submitted so many cc papers. There are guys who never submitted any yet they appeared and even cleared exam. So just relax and study well for exams. Good Luck for exams.

agree with Ankit, dont be tensed.., For First class graduates, only T3 and T4 papers are enough, if it applies to you.. and if you have sent T3 and T4, no problem at all.. you better call or send a mail to EIRC, to confirm whether to send left out papers or not.... and no need to worry as now CC certificate is not needed while filling exam form.. all the best..:)
