HUF RETURNS WHERE DOI IS 01010001

Any update or reply to the said query as few have been posting this issue and yet one is not able to submit ITR of HUF where  date of incorporation is 01-jan-0001? Kindly revert..

All those who are facing this problem not only HUF, where DOF/DOI is written as 01/01/0001 or 01010001 or not available on their PAN card are suggested confidently that please write down 01/01/2001 as DOF/DOI in the ITR form at the time of filing their ITR form in xls utility or java utility. It is due the fact that in the new portal of income tax the date field has checked for validation, and not allowing year of date as 0001 or other one.  The income tax department is also suggested to kindly instruct to their software provider to check out this date field from ITR forms, so that assessee could file their return with out any problem.
