what will be the date of incorporation for huf pan card ( date of marriage; dob of oldest child ; date of gift recevied for capital)??
pls provide format of huf affidavit ( pls send the sample if any one have)
is the affidavit be notorised???

1) DOI of HUF can be Date of marriage or DOB of oldest child.
2) Its is not necessary to notarised the affidavit for pan card.
There is no specified format, as per Bank Account Opeing format, you may decide and to give declaration which are the co-parceners in the HUF and date of formation of huf
