My father created an HUF account many years back. Father passed away in 2022.Im not sure if there is deed or not which is registered, cant find it. I have PAN card original and soft copy of PAN letter.
As per HUF law after the demise of original karta, the next adult male co parcener becomes the Karta which is me in this case.
How do I update karta in huf PAN and how can I get new updated PAN with me as karta ? I don't have the deed copy and not sure if it's there in first place or not.
I need to submit in bank and get the huf bank account updated as well. How do I proceed in this case.
