According to the Hindu succession amendment act 2005, the eldest coparcener(even a female) can become the kartha of HUF. Hence I have planned to continue my father's HUF file.
For PAN card correction , I heard that I have gotta change only the signature.
What about the name?

Its not just the signature which will change. After the death of your father, you automatically become karta of your fathers HUF & so u have to change both the name of Karta & Your Fathers signature.
I guess u have to submit your fathers death certificate as a proof when you apply for correction in PAN No.
