My father was having HUF .
He is no more.
He was the karta of HUF.
Before the death of my father he had filled HUF itr electronically.
But he was not able to send ITR V to banglore CPC.
HUF income is below taxable limit.
I want to leave as it.
As there are too many complications in filling revised itr of HUF.
Please reply.
If aggregate income is below exemption limit, no problem would arise, but if you wish to continue his HUF, a new Karta can be appointed, and the process will be easier.
