Huf - date of incorporation change

If any partition deed exists the date of partitin deed can be adopted as the date of creation of the smaller HUF, by then if he is married (member who has seperated from the HUF).  Otherwise the date of marriage can be adopted as the date of creation of HUF.

For proof of the documents please refer notes under Form No.49A.

Form 49A  required to submit document which is proof of change in creation date. so what shuold be that document? can it be Bank a/c opening date or something like that?

You have to write the three letter HUF after the name to identify the HUF for example

ROSHAN (HUF)

For proof of creation of HUF the date of marriage of the assessee can be mentioned or the date of partition deed among the family members if it is available. If both the dates are not available i.e. date of marriage or date of partition the you have to mention the date of creation of the HUF as 01-01-0001.

The above case of Mr. Roshan seems to be similar to mine. As advised my HUF the date of in corporation has been earlier registered as 01/01/0001 till the Assessment year 2020-21

After the rest of Income Tax portal for this year Assessment year i.e 2021-21.I am unable to up-load my return.

I would request Mr.SathikondaA to please advise me the procedure required and documents to be provided to the Income Tax Authorities to modify the date of Incorporation.
