Huf creation
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am having quiry releted to creation of HUF. My quiry is that Whether HUF can be created immediately after Marriage ? i.e only Husband & Wife. Whether Both Husband & Wife are consider as co-partionary.

But Whether it create any deficulty for taking basic exemption as HUF?. Whether there is mandatory of having At least Two Co-partionary as per income tax ?. Please support section or etc. if possible.
