Huf coparcers

A family consists of all persons lineally descended from a common ancestor and include their wives and unmarried daughters. The persons who acquire by birth and interest in joint family property. The test of Coparcener is that coparcener enjoys right to enforce partition. 

The 2005 amendment gave equal rights to daughters as to sons, providing that daughters become coparceners of their father’s families on birth in the same manner as sons, and have the same rights as sons in the family properties.
