huf and individual
hello experts one individual is a salary person and karta of huf also so he have 3 lic policy of rupees 75000 so is it possible he claim 2 policy under individual return for 80 c and 1 policy of 75000 for huf 80 c please suggest thank you

Yes he can provided he pays premium from respective bank accounts
If payment is made from bank account of HUF, deduction u/s 80C can be claimed in HUF.
if kara use to pay lic payment from Huf bank account. can claim deduction in HUF
