Mr. A is head of family,he has a HUF which has three members- Mrs. B wife of Mr. A and Mr. C son of Mr. A, Suddenly Mr. A dies and Mr. C marries a girl Ms. D, Mr. C has created HUF accompanying. Mrs. D, so are there 2 HUFs now ? before marriage and after marriage ????

An HUF can consist of several branches or sub-branches. For example, a person with his wife and sons constitutes an HUF. If the sons have wives and children, they also constitute smaller HUFs.
