kindly help me out with this. while am preparing invoice to deliver my products. how should I take transport amount and hsn code also confirm me tax rate for it.

The HSN for GTA is 9965 AND the rate of tax is 5% without ITC and 12% with credit where the GTA has opted for this method. However, there are some products whose transportation by the GTA is exempted and no GST is charged. The tax is to be paid by you under RCM, since GTA is a notified service for payment of GST UNDER RCM.
