GST portal can't mention clear heading or notifications for such articles. if we see HSN code 6802. there is no not showing showing status made of stone are expected. there is civil work meterial. that way officer sitting in costom harrasment for a business man. he can't find this notification on GST portal. there is so many items there. i wright my opinion that time please do not keep anything without GST. keep one tax between 5 to 10% anyone. if government wants to increase from o% to 5% public comes on road and burn buses and trains. why government invite problem then make special shel to solve that problem. this is our politician in habits. inosent people are suffering.
