SAC 999293 is taxable and for commercial Training and SAC 999293 doesn't exist on Portal

The SAC code not updated/Available in GST Portal. You can use old Service Tax code for registration purpose.
After registration you can use New SAC in invoices....

SAC 00440229 belongs to Commercial Training and not for skill development which is exempt under GST
