if my company paid rs. 18000/- per month to my landlord. and I am also paid rs. 2000/- per month to landlord. because as per agreement premises rent is rs. 20000/- per month.
so please guide me .. how can I claim HRA rebate. and how to calculate.

Include rs. 18000 per month as perquisites in your monthly salary. compute hra exemption taking 20000 as rent paid
How can u claim both perquisite for rent free accomodation and HRA simultaneously. in calculating perquisite for RFA take 20000 and then deduct 2000pm .
