I had missed out on providing my HRA details to my company for the FY 13-14 for tax computations. can i show it now while filing tht returns and how do I that now, which ITR to be filled in, etc?
Incase yes, under which section can I claim the exemptions?

Yes, you can of course provide your details, which you forgot to provide to your employer.
The ITR which you need to file can be judged on the basis of income you have earned.
