HRA exemption in salary return
Can we claim exemption of HRA in our IT return if we didnt claim the exemption in Form 16 but HRA is included in the salary.

Yes, you can claim exemption of HRA in your IT return. Show the exempt amount of HRA as per section 10 in the Exempt income schedule of ITR-1 and tax the Net salary .
