HRA Claim U/s10(13A)

Hi All,

I just have one query regarding HRA claim. I do have my own Residential flat on which i am paying the Principal amount & Interest there on in Ghaziabad how ever i stay in Delhi in Rented accomodation. I do commute to Gurgaon for My Job in private company. Can i claim HRA after producing Actual Rent Receipt.

Hi, I'm a government employee withdrawling salary near about Rs.35000 P.M. included H.R.A. Rs. 5600. I'm living in a rental house.Rent is Rs.11500 P.M. But I Had paid rent for whole year at a time i.e. Rs.138000. My landlord just gave me a photocopy of the Leave &Licence agreement. Now how I claim for deduction for H.R.A. u/s10?
