HI,
Cuntly am workng n bglr and stayng n rented hostel where am paying rent..Also my parents stayng n chennai which is rented and i am paying rent for that too [Chenai agremnet is in my name oly with lndlrd}.
My question is, can i able to claim HRA for both location since both rental agreemts are in my name only.
Please suggest ur comments..

AS BOTH THE RENTAL AGREEMENTS ARE IN UR NAME,THEN BOTH THE RENTAL PAYMENTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CALCULATION OF DEDUCTION UNDER SEC10(13A)
