HRA calculation for partial period

Hi Experts,

My query is regarding HRA. I have taken flat on rent in Pune for Rs. 18625/- pm. I have taken it on rent from April 2018 to November 2018 i.e. for 8 months. My other details are as below

My basic salary is Rs.881340/-

40 % of Basic is Rs. 352536/-

HRA received PA is Rs. 352536/-

Annual rent – 10 % of basic = (18625*12) – 88134 = 135366

My query

1. I have taken house on rent for partial period i.e. for 8 months still I will have to take annual rent to calculate third point? Or it will be for 8 months?
