can i claim both HRA and claim home loan tax benefits both are in same city and house is still under construction

Yes Satish ji, u can claim both HRA and interest benefit on home loan if u are residing in rented house and your home is under construction even if in same city

Only after completion of construction, interest on borrowed capital can be claimed including prior period interest
