Yes HRA rebate deduction will get other than deductions under chapter VI .
HRA Rebate will deduction from INCOME FROM SALARY.
and Deduction under chapter VI is from Gross Total Income.

And Deduction under chapter VI are different from Sec 10 Rebate.

Exemption for HRA is allowed u/s 10(13A) whereas section 80 deals with deductions.
