How will bottles and corks/caps be charged for alcoholic drinks?

Alcohol is not taxable under GST and is taxed under different tax laws. But, the wine producer has to buy bottles, corks, caps etc. for bottling the alcohol. It is sold along with alcohol. How will GST be charged for these items? How will the taxpayer claim ITC on these products?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how GST is charged on bottles, corks, and caps used for alcoholic beverages, which are taxed under separate laws, not GST. It addresses how wine producers can claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on these packaging materials. The consensus is that if a producer isn't registered under GST, they cannot charge GST or claim ITC on these items.

Since you are not registered under GST , you neither charge GST , nor you Can claim input tax credit. Take others opinion as well.
