a couple of doubts

for question 6a IS dividend rs 3 or as per the payout ratio ie 7.2.... secondly was Q 5 as easy as it looked?? ... thirdly can someone please tell me where in the institues material have they given a capital budgeting sum with utilities? how are you suppose to solve it?
