I cheked Praveen sharma's and M P Vijay kumar's Book and found that,

Q.1) Holding Co.-M .P Vijay kumar( excluding some adjustments)

Q.3) Val. of Buss.-M.P Vijay Kumar ( same one with diff. figure)

Q.5)a) Fund accounting- M.P.Vijaty kumar(same one with diff. figure)

Q.5)b) Leasing(AS-19)-Praveen Sharma(same one with diff. figure)

Hmmm.....  The paper is so tuff...the ques of partnership is easy......But the AMALGAMATION question is very tuff, I can't tally the Balance Sheet.....!!!!
