This is the Solution of Q-1 (A) Consolidated Financial Statements asked in CA Final FR Paper 1 May2018 Exams New Syllabus as per the correct provisions of IND AS.
My Dear Friends one more thing that this question is having an adjustment of pre acquisition dividend which is now a day very confusing i have tried to simplify it and also presented the answers as per the marking pattern of ICAI.
