As per view, Withdrawal of PF can be done online, but as your KYC is pending it can not be done online.

You have to apply offline/physical form at your EPFO office branch.
In COMPOSITE CLAIM FORM (NON-AADHAAR) with other documents as required to be attached.(i.e mentioned in form itself like Your KYC documents, address proof, Salary slip/form 16, cancelled cheque ect.) along with one reason letter, for using this Direct method (as in your case it's due to closing of Co.)

As your company is closed, so, employer do not verify, You have to attest your EPF withdrawal form from other credible authorities. These authorities are –
Manager of a bank.(Advisable, use this and preferebly it's that branch, where you have salary account)
Any gazetted officer.
Member of the Central Board of Trustees./ committee/ Regional Committee (Employees’ Provident Fund Organization).
Magistrate/ Post/ Sub Post Master/ President of Village Panchayat/ Notary Public
