How to update address on the Certificate of Incorporation?

certificate of incoration is not change if the address is change , after filing form no 18 you can check at roc site

by visiting comapny master data with  CIN  No , you can check your address change

you can noticed new address,if you submitted form 18 for Address chnage

It's not possible to obtain a new certificate of incorporation with an updated address. Instead you can get a certified copy of the form - 18 filed for change of addresss from RoC. That stands as a sufficient proof for change of address.
