Please tell the Procedure to transfer land belonging to directors to company.
Company don't want to take it on lease from directors
any other option available to make company the legal owner of land to make financial position of company stronger ??

In such case except outright sale/purchase there is no any other allternative in my view.In this transacation you will have to follow provision of the Companies Act 2013 applicable to the Interesed Director.

Yeah, that can be but, in such case also applicable provisions of Companies Act 2013 needs to be complied with.
Lease can be for long period say 3,5,6 or year or more.For Shorter period say for one year you can take on leave & licence in other word licence to use the land as per the condition of the leave & licence agtreement subject to Companies Act 2013 compliance.
