We have incorporated a pvt ltd company on 3 october 2012 and appointed an extrenal CA on 29th october 2012 as first auditor. But we did not like the way he was treating to our inquiries about managing our finances, work and his unavailabity was also a big issue.
And on a day we had an argument on his unavailabity and the ways he was working. As a result, we have just email him for his terminations and asked him to submit his resignation but he had not send his resignation.
Now, I want to know how we can terminate him without his resignation and how to appoint a new auditor?
