How to submit gstr 4

If you are a composite dealer and you want to file the quarterly return then CMP-08 is applicable now. GSTR-4 is the annual return for composite dealer. To file this return all you need to do is login to GSTN, select the financial year, go to returns section, select the return, fill in the required details and file the return
 

There is no option available in my login to upload GSTR-4 whereas due date to file as per portal is 15th July 2020. I have already file CMP-08 of all Quarters of F.Y. 2019 - 20 but still GSTR-4 is not visible for upload. Had anybody uploaded GSTR-4 for F.Y. 2019 - 20? And is there any notification for extension of due date to File GSTR-4?
