This is the failuer of ICAI. a person who qualifies CA after so much of hardwork still he is not able to do work. He/ she has to do struggle again to get clients and money. The knowledge gained from studies is hardely helpful in getting the work. The education system is itself faulty. Education should be based on practical aspects and not on the tricky questions and case laws, that doesnt help a person in real life.
For getting govt audit:
Hey brother, for getting govt audit a CA needs to have experience of atleast 3 years, so you have to wait. You can get project report work, accounting work easily from the clients. Money will be less for initial 5 years. You have to keep patience, entire market may have been captured by existing CAs, you have to search for new clients.
RULES to Keep a client and to increase clients:
1) complete the client's work before his expected time,
2) Do not take any fee from client, say "fees to baad me bhi mil sakti hai, next time de dena"
3) offer tea coffee for clients, give best service.
these are the basic rules to keep a client and to make a mouth publicity about your firm (since we have restriction under ca professional ethics we cant make publicity. so this is the only method to do publicity)
