How to show debit note value in GSTR-4 return

Please advice me how to show the value of Debit note in the annual return GSTR4

I have 1 debit note against my sale can i reduce my sale for the same
If You received debit note from Party' to whom you sale Goods, than it's your sales return.
You can take Net sale after deducting your sales return....
