Prerequisites:
1. Command and Practical Exposure on the subject You are teaching..
2. Place where You take classes must be conveneint to reach.
3. Adequete infrastructure on the place of study, eg. light, fan/AC, seats etc.
How to begin:
1. set low prices in beginning.
2. Provide study Material, and continuosly update it.. Your 75% efforts must be on producing a classic material..
3. Your Study Material will be your Advertisement.. Student often thinks that ki yar buk aisi hai to teacher kaisa hoga.
4. Hire some staff to handle all these work. 2 people will be fine for start-up.
5. Dont indulge in criticising any established teacher. it could kill the enterprise before even starting up. and if you survive it will be damaging to Goodwill in long run..
6. Marketing Stunts can be done based on area, competition and other circumstances. Proceed in following order-

Paper Ads in newspaper

Distributing Pamplets on roads where students often commute.

Posters and Small banners.

payment to any allied subject teacher which is already established. eg you are teaching Direct Taxes, Advertise through a teacher who is already established in Costing/Indirect taxes..

Dont leave any chance of marketing when any of your past student attains Rank.. Publicise it as You can..
