How to search director of company at mca website

go to mca21 website.. select view company master index details left side menu thereafter select

view signatory details..than

type co name than select cin no..finish...

If you want to know the shareholders of the Company then login to MCA Portal. Click on View Public Documents. Enter the Company Name and search it. Make online payment of Rs 50. All the documents filed by the Company after year 2006 will be available in your My documents. Download Form 20B from there and see the attached annual return. You will be able to know the shareholders of the Company.

Further to above post , i would like to add that in Form 20B you will only come to know about the Membership as on date of AGM not as on today.

hence please download form 2 also if availble to know new allotment and for change in member after agm is not possible to know.
