How to revise aoc-4

Co Act 2013 1557 views 3 replies

Dear CCI Members,

Our AGM date was 28.09.2016. But by mistake we put the agm date as 28.08.2016 in aoc-4. Since we have filed form AOC-4 with wrong date the issue is we are not able to file MGT-7 with correct agm date.

Is it possible by giving a request letter to ROC office to rectify this mistake? If not, what are the alternatives available?

That's very serious mistake. Try to visit ROC office and ask them to mark AOC-4 as 'NTBR'. If they agree to it, that form won't be taken on record and you can file new form with correct date. However, its completely ROC's right to agree on this or not.

thank you sir. What is NTBR?

It is called "Not to be taken on Records". ROC has a power to remove or not to take on records forms from their backhand. But they may reject your request as this thing happens on manual basis. You need to visit ROC office for this and try to convince them.
