hello my dear friends
i would like to ask you all that what is the procedure for re opening the examination paper
as one of my friend was in c.a. final and he confident about getting pass in atleast one group but he got failed in both the group and he is not happy with his marks so he is thinking to reopen the papers sofor doing that what is the procedure he has to follow plz. tell if anyone of you now about the procedure.
dear friends plz. inform me fast as my friend has to think about the re opening plz. suggest him what to do in this matter and reply as soon as possible
