How to remove lapsed din no. from mca portal

Dear All,

In One of my client Company form 32 was filed on provisional DIN basis, now that DIN No. has been lapsed. Now Company status is dormant and the company is desirous of getting its name struck off under FTE scheme. While uploading the form under fast track exit mode the system is showing following error.

"Kindly give details of all the associated active signatories along with their correct designation."

We tried to file the form FTE using his new DIN No. as well as His passport No. but could not succeed in the same.

Can anybody suggest how can we remove the existing lapsed DIN No. from the portal or any other way out in this regard.

click on the link , u can check the signatory details, then prepare documents based on it. In the above link u will get details of the signatories, their DIN, address, date of joining & their designation too.

So that will help u to prepare the relevant documents. & then file FTE.

Dear Priyanka Ji, there is no need to give the DIN Nos. of all the directors, you just have to mention the passport no. or PAN no. of the directos as given in point no. 6 of FTE Form as follows

6. Details of director(s), Managing Director, manager, secretary of the company
*Number of director(s), Managing Director, manager, secretary
(In case of director or Managing Director, enter Director identification number (DIN) if available. Otherwise provide Income-tax
permanent account number (Income-tax PAN) or passport number)

and tick on the option that Director is not affixing its signatures as given in point no. 10 of FTE Form as follows:

10. Whether the application is being digitally signed by Managing Director, director, manager Yes No
or secretary of the company. If No, attachment at serial number 5 is mandatory

and company will have to take a certificate from the Professional that currently there are such and such director who have no DIN and the company is desiouuros t strkike off and the whole FTE Form has to be signed physically by all the directors after taking the print outs and has to be attached to the FTE E Form.

Your FTE will be uploaded and the company will be struck off.
